This explains what happens to the details you give Karis Smart Cleaning Services when you ask for a quote, accept a quote or pay an invoice.
Who is responsible
Karis Smart Cleaning Services (cleaner, Surrey) decides how your details are used: it is the data controller. This website and the system behind it are run for Karis Smart Cleaning Services by Kaios Media Limited, which processes your details only on Karis Smart Cleaning Services's instructions.

What is collected
What you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email, rough location, the type of job, the best time to contact you, and any message. If the work goes ahead, also your address for the job, quotes, invoices, payments, and photos of the work.
What it's used for
To reply to you, quote for, carry out and invoice your job. Kaios Media Limited can see that an enquiry arrived and whether it was answered, but not your name or contact details. Card payments are handled by Stripe, which never shares your card number.
Who it's shared with
Nobody else. Your details are never sold or added to mailing lists. They're stored on Microsoft Azure servers in Europe. Photos and video of the work are only shared online if you agreed to it, and we try to blur faces, number plates and house numbers before anything goes out. If you'd like something taken down, tell us and we will remove it. To prepare those posts, the photos and video are checked and described by AI services, Anthropic and Google, which do not use them to train their models and may keep them briefly for safety checks. Your name and contact details are not sent to them, unless someone happens to say them on a video.
How long it's kept
Enquiries, quotes and job records are deleted 2 year(s) after your last contact. Invoices are kept for six years, because the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: email hyuhyuyumer@gmail.com or call 07500531685, or reply to any email you've had. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
